Leaders’ results rest on having a high-functioning team - anyone knows that. It’s also “common sense” that cohesion and communication amongst team members are central to functioning.

But HOW can managers and leaders build team cohesion and communication. Just wanting it or even simply focusing on it - or its lack - is enough.

Team cohesion and communication are only improved with intentional strategies and ongoing practices.
