ESPECIALLY in a book on retention: the near-and-dear topic central to my coaching, speaking, and writing (summed up as: our best people may be right in front of us, if only we develop them...and our best jobs may be the ones we already have, if only we thoughtfully craft them - and are given the space and trust to do so!).
