Did you know that interview questions are not a free-for-all?
If you’re in the pre-offer stage - i.e., the bulk of the interview process - then you need to be very careful about what types of questions you’re asking. Ask the wrong questions and you’ll come across as presumptuous, overly skeptical, and/or too bold.
Certainly ALL of your questions need to be asked before accepting a role - and the more thoughtful questions, the better for deciding if a job and org are a fit for you - but you need to sequence your questions correctly.
I’ve written a full rundown on how to do this in my new article for Forbes. I hope you find these tips useful.
